Golden Plus

Planned and expected,
The day arrived,the day of joy;
When a bouncing baby boy was born

The first seven years,
The perfect years
Saw the wilderness,playing host
To the new arrival.

He was taken away
From the wiles of those
Who were looking for only,
Yes,only the life of the boy.

The first ten years,
The first decade of his life,
Was not only rough,
It was also tough.

He walked the teen years
On slippery, terrains
He fell many times,
Seven times,
But was finally helped up.

The silver year
Wasted no time to come,
It crept in,stealthily,
With great hopes and aspirations.

The decade that ended in forty,
Witnessed success and achievement
Hoped to continue in fulfillment
Complete fulfillment of destinies.

Liftings, exhaltations hoped,These were not to be.
However,attacks,confrontations,
Fightings within,war without!

From forty,wisdom age;
Hopes were dashed,
Fightings within,war without
Rages on,unabated.

Now at golden age plus
When shall there be light?
To light the darkness
The Lord is always there.

The Lord is there forever,
Who will never leave nor forsake him.
He will see him through
to the promised land.:
Not how soon but how well!
