King Ahab of Israel in his days was ‘inspired’ to take back a portion of land that rightly belonged to his nation but was occupied by king of Syria.
He disclosed this to king Jehoshaphat of Judah when he was on a visit to Israel. The visitor agreed to assist him in his adventure.
The Godly King Jehoshaphat advised his host to to find out from th Lord whether or not they should go to war with the King of Syria. So, King Ahab invited his four-hundred prophets to disclose the heart of God to him on the matter.
These Prophets all came and prophesied that victory was sure.
